Relates to apprenticeships, adding intermediary sponsors; a class of entities that provide apprenticeship training under Code chapter 84D and that are subject to registration with the Iowa office of apprenticeships. Including implementation provisions.  Provides for licensed journey and master plumbers to employ apprentices.
