The bill makes the Governor's proposed FY 2027 appropriations for economic development, the EDA, the DWD, the IFA and for the Regents. Key funding provisions include: Adult basic education and literacy: $4,500,000 – this is a $1 million decrease from last year. Registered apprenticeship programs: $760,000 – this is the same as last year. Manufacturing 4.0: $2,350,000 – this is the same as last year.
